Master Pilates Health & Safety Guidelines

Master Pilates is committed to providing a safe studio environment for our entire community. This information is subject to change in accordance with the most up-to-date government recommendations relating to COVID-19.

  • The timetable has been adjusted to allow 15-minute intervals between group classes to enable adequate timing for the cleaning of any items that were  touched during a class. All straps, handles and cushions have been covered in vinyl so that they can be easily cleaned.

  • No more than 15 clients are allowed into the studio at any one time to allow for physical distancing. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time and must leave immediately following their class.

  • Payments are recommended via tap and go, bank transfer or through the Master Pilates website via MindBody.

  • Alcohol based hand sanitiser is provided at all work stations and on entry to the studio. On entry all staff and clients must sanitise hands.

  • Posters with hand washing instructions are prominent in the studio and toilets. Hand washing facilities are available in the bathrooms and in the Master Pilates Kitchenette. Gloves will be provided should clients wish to use them.

  • Clients and instructors are asked not to attend if they exhibit any symptoms of cold or flu, such as sore throat, cold, cough, aches, or shortness of breath.

  • Ainslie will work from home for the near future – please email info@masterpilates.com.au for bookings and changes to your schedule.

  • Physical distancing is to be adhered to whilst in the studio. Please observe 1.5 metres social distancing from other clients and the instructors.

  • Windows and the curtain will be open to allow for air flow. We will continue to heat the studio.

  • High touch areas will be cleaned hourly.

  • Accurate record keeping of every client who attends the studio and their contact details will be maintained, to enable quick and effective contact tracing process in the event it is required.
