How to Book Pilates Classes at our Melbourne Studio

Whether you are new to Pilates, returning from injury, pregnant or managing a specific condition, our classes are open to all ages and genders. All new clients commence with a one-to-one introductory session tailored to their individual needs. Our aim is to empower clients to develop a deeper understanding of their body and posture, supporting improved health, wellbeing and quality of life.

INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION

For your initial session, we recommend you have a "one on one" introductory consultation. This ensures we can explain the Principles of Pilates, share any safety requirements and also learn a little about you, so that your lessons can be tailored to suit your needs.

After your one-on-one session, you are welcome to book online through our Pilates Online Booking System.

We recommend you book into the same session each week. To do this please contact us to find out what permanent times are available ongoing. Please let us know if your preferred days and times are not available and we’ll endeavour to accommodate your requirements as best as we can. We have two studios in separate rooms at our premise so two sessions will often run at the same time. Beginners are welcome in all class times where positions are available. The class size is limited to a maximum of four so that every participant is ensured individual attention and supervision.

PREPARING FOR CLASS

We ask that you wear socks to all sessions for hygiene purposes.

If you are seeing a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Myotherapist or Osteopath for an injury, please let us know if you would like us to contact them so that we can work with them to best help you strengthen and stretch the right areas for your injury.

For bookings we provide;

Pilates Equipment in the Studio

All sessions run for one hour and are taught on Balanced Body equipment. The studio is fully equipped with the following apparatus;

  • Reformer

  • Trapeze Table

  • Combo Chair

  • High Barrel

  • Spine Corrector

  • Baby Arc

  • Ballet Barre

  • Plus all small apparatus.

Master Pilates is conveniently located on Toorak Road in South Yarra, providing personalised Clinical Pilates classes for clients across South Yarra, Toorak, Prahran, Richmond, Windsor and surrounding Melbourne suburbs.
